Cariteed Card Game

Cariteed is a Unity Game based on a card game. The card game is known by many names such as Spit, Speed, Slam, and Shredding. The goal is to get rid of the cards in your hand before your opponent does. Make sure to keep track of your opponent and be quick to come out victorious.

Rules

There are many variations of this card game. I will show the variation of rules that the game uses.

The goal of the Game is to get rid of all your cards before your opponent does.

Each player will have their deck. You will have five locations where cards can be placed. The initial setup has one card in each spot face up. Starting from left to right the first spot has zero cards under it the second spot has one card faced down, and the third card has two cards faced down. This continues for the rest of the cards adding one extra card under each spot.

Once both players have agreed to start they both grab a card from their center deck and place them next to each other in the center. after this, the game starts. you can get rid of cards by placing down the next or previous ranked card onto any of the cards placed in the center.

The ranking of the cards is as follows: A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K. The ranking of the cards loops around. So you can put an A on top of a K or a K on top of an A.

A point may arise when neither player can place down a card. In this case, both players again grab a card from the center deck and place it in on the center card.
